About Maura Rodgers 

Maura received her bachelor’s in nutrition and double majored in ecogastronomy. She then became a registered dietitian, which meant completing the required 1200-hour dietetic internship at the San Francisco VA Medical Center, which allowed her to refine her nutritional counseling and medical nutrition therapy for patients with complex, chronic diseases in the acute, outpatient, ICU, and long-term settings. Upon completing the internship, Maura passed the national board exam to become a Registered Dietitian. Her goal has always been to support and empower as many people as possible to create a vibrant, healthy, and enriched life. She created Wellness with Maura by taking an integrative health approach by exploring clients’ well-being while keeping nutrition at the core of most sessions.
